I want to book a session but can't find the time I'm looking for. What should I do?

I haven't exercised in a while and am quite unfit! Can I still take part in bootcamp?

Absolutely. We are a fun, friendly group and exercises are tailored to different fitness levels, so there will always be something you can do - even if your trainers are a little dusty!

 

What should I wear?

Please wear trainers that have good grip and fit you well. In terms of clothing, please wear layers that don't restrict your movement or chafe.

 

Where do your bootcamps take place?

Our bootcamps happen every Saturday, 9am - 10am at Churchfield Recreational Ground in Weybridge (KT13 8AG). The ground is 12 minutes walk from Weybridge train station, and there is free parking on nearby Melrose Road. 

 

I don't live in Weybridge but would be interested in one-to-one personal training at my home. Do you travel?

Yes, we travel within a 20 mile radius of Weybridge, Surrey, and can train anywhere that's suitable and safe for exercise - your home (if enough space); in a local park; or if you're a rider, at your yard.

 

I have a pre-existing injury. Can I still train with you?

Please get in touch to discuss, and we will give you an honest assessment. Very few people can claim to be entirely injury 'niggle' free at all times so we try to work around any conditions that you have, but your health and safety is paramount. If we feel we're not the right people to train you, we won't.

 

You do block booking discounts but I can't see this online. What can I do?

If you'd like to block book 10 one-to-one personal training sessions (£360), please book and pay for 9, then email Georgie to book the final session free of charge. For bootcamps, if you'd like to block book 10 sessions (£80), please book and pay for 8, then email Georgie to book the final two sessions free of charge. Please note that block booking discounts can only be applied when all sessions are booked and paid for at the same time.

 

I need to cancel my session. How can I do this?

Simply go online, find your booking confirmation email and click 'cancel'. Please note that all cancellations require 24 hour notice, but we understand that emergencies happen and can be flexible in these situations. Please send us an email if in doubt.
